Construction of infrastructure and factory buildings for the production of paper. Works comprise: site preparation / remediation, piled foundations, 72,000m² warehouse slabs, heavy machinery bases, railhead, incoming main services, drainage outfall, offices, lorry park, hard and soft landscaping, security fencing.
Facility comprises a raw paper mill and finishing of tissue products, and included the installation of 377 No. 600mm piles to a depth of 18 metres, integrity and static load testing, complete with re-inforced bases up to 4.5 metres thick to create the Pulp Mill, together with 72,000m² of product finishing and warehouse area and site drainage and infrastructure works.
