The Scheme is for the construction of detached factory size approximately 30.00 x 18.39m on-plan, with a curved roof 7.54m maximum height to eaves complete with internal single storey office accommodation. The work generally comprises:- Plain/reinforced in-situ concrete pad and strip foundations with engineering/facing brick/block foundation walls and power floated reinforced concrete floor slab; part galvanised structural steel frame with curved roof beams; facing brick/block insulated roof; factory finished aluminium double glazed windows and entrance doors; inculated metal goods door and metal external pedestrian doors; curved cantilevered canopy to front entrance generally to match roof.
Internal offices, entrance lobby and toilet facilities with block partitions and internal pre-cast concrete flat roof; flush doors; floor wall and ceiling finishes; sanitary installations. Electrical installations and heating to offices; hot and cold water installations; ventilation installations. Electrical installations and gas fired heating to Production Area. External works comprising:- access road; service yard; paved areas; parking areas; drainage and service connections; general grading and top-soiling of proposed planting areas.
